How can I get a printed record?
You can obtain a printed record by clicking on 'Transactions' at the top of the screen. A second browser screen will pop up, displaying the information which may be printed using your browser's print command.
Are there any charges for using Online services?
No, it's free! There are no charges for this online service, however there may be charges for transactions made online.

Within 15 seconds.
Do I need to be identified?
The Australian Financial Transactions Reports Act (FTRA) requires all financial institutions to verify the identity of their customers. As our customer, we must ask you to provide documentation to comply with this Government legislation to ensure your continued access to your account. Failure to comply with this legislation may result in your account being blocked.
Are there any limits of how much I can load or keep on the card?
No. But to be able to deposit more then $1000 you need to identify yourself. Once you do that, there are no limits of how much you can load or keep on the card.
Can the card be purchased by paying directly into your bank account?

The funds are held by one of the top banks in Australia which also facilitates the processing of the transfers and withdrawals. The cards are issued by EMerchants Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 103.954.516 AFSL No. 259689

Yes, via bank wire transfer, Bpay or transfer from another card.
Will I be able to deposit an overseas check to fund my card?
Yes, however overseas check may take a long time (about 6 weeks) to clear.
What would be the max number of cards one can order?
There is no specific limit of how many cards one person can order. You can order a few cards to give them to your family members or friends.
Is it also possible for me to transfer funds from the Debit card to my bank account?
Yes, it is. You can transfer funds to any bank account in Australia from your debit card.
Can I fund my card by e-gold, e-bullion, pecunix or other e-currency?
Currently we do not accept any e-currencies. However, since the card can be funded by bank transfers, we reccomend that you use independent exchange providers who deal with electronic currencies. You can sell them your e-currency and ask them to wire funds to us with reference to your card. We will fund the card as soon as the payment arrives.
Is there a requirement to have minimum balance in the card?
No minimum balance requirement, however, there is a small fee if the card is inactive for over 180 days period.
If I am checking my balance or doing a transaction in a foreign country, can I select a different currency other than AUD?
You can use the ATMs and make purchases in any country as long as ATMs accept Cirrus type cards. You can make withdrawals in local currencies. The bank will automatically convert funds from AUD into the currency you want to withdraw.
Can I withdraw more than what I have in the card?
No. It is a debit card, which means that you can use only as much money as you have available on the card.
There is no space to write the card number on the S21 form.

Yes.
Is my name going to be printed on the card?
No. Only our company name and the card number appear on the card. Thus the card could be a perfect gift to a friend or family member.
Is this card a credit card?
No, you must use it like an EFTPOS/Debit card.
What is the S21 form?
This is basically a 100 points ID check form you would normally need to do if you open a bank account or apply for a credit/debit card in Australia. You simply need to identify your self in front of a referee (like a Justice of Peace or other), who confirms that he or she viewed your ID. This is a standard requirement for financial transactions in Australia and you should do it as soon as possible if you are planning to deposit more then $1000 onto your card.
Do I need to fill out the S21 form?
Yes, if your balance goes over $1,000.
How do I activate/register my card?
In most cases, your card will be active and ready for use when you receive it. You can register your personal details against your card, you can do this through the profile page in this website.
How do I check my balance online or login to my account?
You can do that by clicking on the 'Access Card Account' link.
Can I change my pin?
No.
How do I change my passcode?
Please login into your account and change your passcode there.
What should I do if I have forgotten my passcode?
You will email your card number and your passcode will be reset.
What is the S21 form (Reference by an Acceptable Referee)?
A form that should be filled out and sent to the address listed to provide valid authentication details of the card holder. The form is not required when you order a card, but needs to be submitted if you are planning to deposit more then $1000 onto your card.
I have lost my PIN/Card, what can I do?
Please email you card number and your details and a replacement card can/will be issued.
Which account should I choose when at the ATM or using EFTPOS?
Savings or Cheque. Both will work.

What is my card number, customer number, passcode and PIN?
Your card number is the 16-digit number that appears on your card. Your customer number appears at the top of the login screen, Your passcode and PIN are the 2 numbers issued with your card. Your card number and passcode will be verified for security when you sign in online or by telephone. Your PIN is used at ATM's and POS.
Can I use the online service when I am away from home?
You may access your account online from any PC with an Internet connection.
I get an error message when trying to access my card account online. What should I do?

Is it possible to transfer funds from my PayPal account to the card?
ch card has a BSB and the account number attached to it, so if you have a PayPal account, you should be able to transfer funds to your card just like to your normal Australian bank account.
