We have a house for living or vacation on three floors with three separated apartments with its own entrances, located at the beautiful island Ugljen, in the small town Preko, across the Croatian city Zadar. It has three balconies with the beautiful sea sight. Each apartment has its own parking lot, air condition and are equiped with the TV, couch, beds, closets, shower and warm water boiler. The building is new and finished in 2006, with decorations and parking lot being finished in the summer 2007. The beach is just 10 minutes walking from the apartment, and the center of the town Preko is about 7 minutes by feet. The sea water on the beach and around the island is crystal clean. The ACI marine is just few minutes by car on the same island. The island Ugljen is connected with the island Pašman and is reachable by ferry from the city Zadar directly; or from Biograd na moru over the small town Tkon on the island Pašman and from Pašman to Ugljen to the town Preko. The island is just 4 kilometers away from the city Zadar and the ferry travel takes about 24 minutes. The town Preko is almost connected to another small town Kali. In Preko there are few excellent restaurants which offer Croatian and Italian and European kind of food such as fish, sea fruits, dried ham, spaghetti, steaks and many other traditional meals. In Zadar there is international airport which is also connected to the air network of RyanAir.com which connects all Europe with affordable prices.
Each apartment can be used separately, each has its own electricity and water. Beside the living area counted in the price, there are also 2 big storage rooms for smaller boats or goods and which separate apartments from the direct touch with the ground for better isolation. The price is EUR 390,000, thus EUR 2400 for 162 m2 of the living area.

When required, the house can be purchased in the name of the Croatian company and the company setup is included in the fee. The company can be held by offshore company, any individual foreigner and such local company is formed in just about 10 days. It is vehicle to own the property in Croatia. The company would remain passive and posses just the house in question. Once house is sold, there will be no taxes if the company is sold altogether.
