Step by Step Plan for Business and Residency in Germany
Description of Business and Residency in Germany Program
The first step is the contract between you and one of our companies, for the complete procedure of getting Business and Residency in Germany. Upon contract, the initial consulting fee of € 8,000 to € 10,000, depending of the value of the program, is to be sent to our bank account.
The client has to prove that he/she has more than € 15,000 as guarantee for the purchase of the real estate with the house, while only 75% of the amount is used for real estate.
We proceed to incorporate EU based company, which will be registered in United Kingdom and within few day its German branch will be opened. The shareholder of the company is the client. The appointed director or representative of the company is our person. There is no need to open bank account for the company at this stage. Business activities can be started at this step and we strongly recommend starting business immediately.
We submit the application to the city in Germany, where this opportunity exists, and we will get the application approved.
After approval, we sign the contract of the purchase of the house. The contract is then signed between the city and the EU based company with the branch in Germany.
Once the contract has been signed, the payment for the real estate has to be sent to the city's bank account within 14 days. The price of the real estate is very low and it can be from € 3,500 to € 20,000. We have currently in offer house of € 11,000.
The real estate is transferred to the ownership of the EU based company, further owned by the client. Upon this step, the procedure would take not longer then 2 months.
We change the director of the EU company, and appoint our client as one of directors. This step can also be done earlier, although one of our representatives has to sign the contract with the city, if the client is not able to come personally to represent the company. This can be done within one day.
After that, the payment for residency preparation is paid to our bank account, then we help the client get insurance, and supplementary documents which will help the client get first the entry visa, and upon entry, the business residency in Germany. The preparation for the residency might take from 30 to 90 days, depending of how fast the client can submit the supplementary documents.
Business residency is secured by the business of the company. We accept only people which are self-employed or investors or entrepreneurs or businessmen of any kind, which accept their own responsibilities. Some houses are already rented out and bring residual monthly income. Sometimes, this income alone, can justify the business residency, otherwise, it is expected that client begins some other business in Germany, either his own, or with our help, the client can begin business of trade in goods, or providing any kind of services or doing business, selling goods or services on contractual basis to other German companies and German people.
